With over 26 years of experience in the stretch film industry, she leverages her deep technical expertise in equipment to educate both distribution partners and end users, ensuring they maximize efficiency and performance.
Carla firmly believes that education is the key to industry success, and her passion for "getting it right" drives her to work closely with clients, helping them navigate the industry's evolving landscape. Her motto, "Stretch Film Never Sleeps," reflects her relentless dedication to her work and her clients.
Her approach is rooted in math and science, which she sees as fundamental to understanding stretch film performance. Recognizing that film performance is impacted by the equipment it runs on, Carla and her team focus on optimizing both film and equipment performance to achieve peak efficiency. Outside of her professional role, Carla is a pilot and certified captain and is actively working toward competing on the senior pro pickleball tour. She leads with love, is driven by passion, guided by integrity, and believes that doing what is right is the only option in life.
